Client

Prolyte Group

Brief

Client wanted a neat, low maintenance alternative to ballast blocks that provided the same secure anchoring. Some clients wanted to do away with cumbersome ballast blocks as transport was costly. In addition blocks, either water or concrete, invariably had to be anchored with unsightly webbing straps which were also a potential trip hazard and visually unappealing

Challenges

To design a bracket that would work with established and well known truss bases that would be easy to use, easy to transport, create minimal visual distraction and meet load rating required.

Solution

With our SA540 bracket and 50mm range of spiral anchors we were able to provide clients with a neat, simple, effective and low cost, long term solution for anchoring truss bases - whether in grass, brown field or tarmac sites.
