Client: Aligning fascias with permanent anchors
Help the team from Boskalis together with Hekwerk Noord, our distributor for Holland and Belgium, to ensure fascia boards were installed, secured and aligned perfectly.
Challenges
Working at height and around the main installation team whilst ensuring load tests were carried out and documented for H&S sign off.
Solution
Our 75mm anchor range was specified and needed to be installed horizontally at a height of 7 metres, confirmation was required of the expected 2,500kgs per anchor.
Our test rig was secured using Spirafix anchors in order that the tests results could be reviewed.
A high degree of accuracy was required to ensure that smooth lines were created across the whole fascia.
