Client: Electric gate counter balance
Try to reduce the time and cost of installing electric gates and fences with a fixing that would stand constant use - the solution must be simple to install and improve on the previous method of fixing in position with concrete.
Solution
Contact the manufacturer of the gates to understand how much counter ballast weight they usually recommend.
Match this with the equivalent anchor using Spirafix load charts.
*Please note that multiple anchors will be needed
This method reduces the need for larger foundations being made, concrete being poured and spoil to dispose of.
