Pavilion Structures has been working with Spirafix since 2023, incorporating our ground anchor systems across a wide range of their installations. Design and Development Implementation
Using the critical dimensional drawings provided by Pavilion, alongside insights from a previous bespoke project, we developed an initial concept for the new plate design. From there, we introduced a series of targeted refinements to enhance structural integrity while maintaining cost efficiency and preserving the minimum recommended spacing between each anchor point.
Once the prototype was complete, Pavilion carried out hands‑on testing with a sample plate. Their team confirmed that the design met all requirements and performed exactly as intended, validating the effectiveness of the development process.
