The 40mm AC type ground anchor is extremely versatile in its application, with the internal M12 threaded connection point, it is suited to both domestic and industrial uses alike. Anchor size choice is dependent upon the loadings required from the application, please see link for further guidance on Load-Chart page applicable in different ground conditions.

All Spirafix Ground Anchors installed are through impact driven installation, specifically with the AC type heads it is important to always use a hammer cap SA492 - 40mm hammer cap or machine adapter SA466 for installation to ensure protection of the threaded component. Once installation is complete simply remove the hammer cap from the anchor head and reuse for the next anchor install.
