As many of our customers will remember from a previous blog, Spirafix has been steadily expanding its focus beyond the UK, with France becoming a key part of our long-term growth strategy. The launch of Spirafix.fr marked an important milestone in making our high-performance fixings more accessible to French contractors, installers, and distributors. Now, we are pleased to share the next major step in that journey.
In addition to the French-language website, Spirafix has appointed a dedicated Technical Sales Representative for France, reinforcing our commitment to providing local expertise and responsive customer support. We are delighted to welcome Vincent Becart to the Spirafix team.

Supporting French Customers Locally
One of Vincent’s primary responsibilities will be to manage incoming French enquiries, both by phone and email. Having a French-based technical sales contact ensures that customers receive clear, accurate advice in their own language, whether they are specifying Spirafix for a new project or seeking technical guidance on installation and performance.
Beyond day-to-day enquiries, Vincent will focus on prospecting and growing our commercial sales capabilities in France. This includes developing relationships with contractors, merchants, distributors, and specifiers who can benefit from Spirafix’s unique fixing technology. By working closely with customers on the ground, Vincent will help identify opportunities where Spirafix can add real value on site.
Building Relationships Through Face-to-Face Engagement
We believe that strong partnerships are built through direct engagement. As part of his role, Vincent will be visiting clients, attending trade shows, and undertaking other prospecting-related activities across France. These visits allow us to better understand the needs of the French construction market, demonstrate the benefits of Spirafix products in person, and provide hands-on technical support where required.
Preparing for Stock Arrival in France
Another significant development is the upcoming arrival of Spirafix stock at our French depot.
Vincent will oversee the implementation of this stock on arrival, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Local stockholding will significantly improve delivery times for French customers and further strengthen Spirafix’s ability to support projects quickly and reliably.
Learning From Past Success
Finally, Vincent will help establish structured feedback for previous sales completed in France. Understanding how Spirafix has been used on real projects allows us to refine our approach, improve customer support, and continue developing products that meet the demands of modern construction.
